Francis Okereke HND, MBA, ACA, ACIB

A seasoned Chartered Accountant and Charterd Banker. He was educated at Boys Technical College Aba, Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration Apapa, the University of Nigeria where he graduated with HND and MBA in accounting in 1994 and 1998 respectively. He had his professional training with Ademola Oyinbo & Co and Oluwole Ojeyinka & Co both firms of charted Accountants based in Lagos.

Francis Okereke has worked as the Head of Audit of sweet-sensation confectionery, a foremost fast food Company. In this capacity he was responsible for designing corporate Governance Documents as well other internal controls and operational policies that supports the fast growth of the company.

He started the firm Francis Okereke+Co in year 2002 and has injected a lot of dynamism and professional astuteness into the firm; he is responsible for the day to day running of the firm.

He is a member of ICAN Ikeja district society in the education commitee and Lagos branch of the Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria also serving the education commitee.

Bola Oluwanusi HND, ACA, ACIT

A seasoned Chartered Accountant and Tax Expert. She was educated at Methodist Comprehensive College Sagamu, the Yaba College of Technology where she graduated with an HND in Accounting in 1995. She had her professional training with Price Waterhouse Coopers foremost firms of chartered and management Accountants base in Lagos.

She has worked with Federal Board of Inland Revenue and rose to the post of Chief Inspector of Taxes. She also worked with First City Monument Bank before joining the firm. She is versatile proactive.
