As a professional accounting firm, the major part of our practice naturally lies in the audit and accounting fields where our principal services is the independent audit.
The Companies and Allied Matters Decree, 1990 makes statutory audit examination mandatory for all companies registered in Nigeria.
We audit large, medium and small sized companies, partnership and sole proprietorships.
Our audit approach comprises a risk based systems audits, balance sheet audit (both interim and final audits)

- Highlighting missing and ineffective controls and documentation weakness
- Emphasis on areas of financial control and accounting system improvement
- We ensure that we have a thorough understanding of our clients business, corporate culture and operational environment
- We are able to provide complimentary advice by way of detailed audit observation report that highlights all areas of danger, pitfalls that come to light. It is customary for us to inform management in writing of any improvement that we feel should be made to strengthen a company’s internal controls, enhance the management’s information system and safeguard its assets thus contributing to improve efficiency and profitability.
ACCOUNTING SERVICES
