• The Product Features:
Software Evaluation and Acquisition
Drawing from our company's hands on experience in the application of a wide range of accounting software packages, we evaluate your company's current peculiar information needs and recommend an accounting software, that best suits your peculiar needs.

• System Implementation & setup:
We can customize any of the accounting software selected for your company's accounting system. This includes the creation of general ledger accounts based on customized chart of accounts, along with the subsidiary books, data conversion where necessary and/ or entering of opening balances, and setting up the relevant management report format. This excludes routine data entry.

• Post-Implementation Review:
This involves the ongoing monitoring and review of the software for your company-specific accounting system. During this stage, the implemented software is evaluated to ascertain that it is performing up to expectation. Otherwise whatever element needs to be modified, changed or customized is done. Also, any unresolved limitation would be identified and circumvented.

• Software Maintenance & Support:
This is optional but recommended for the maintenance of the software on an annual contract basis.
